Hey y’all! My name is Alecia Head, and I serve as the Family Life Pastor at Belton. In this role, I have the joy of assisting, equipping, and training leaders across our church ministries—from birth through every stage of life.

When God brought my husband, Michael, and me to BNC, we quickly recognized a need for young adults who were faithfully serving but lacked a dedicated space for spiritual growth. Out of that need, the Growing Deeper group was created. Leading this group has been an incredible blessing, and I often find myself saying, “Wow, God,” as I watch this community grow deeper in love with God, the church, and step into serving and leadership.

Outside of church life, Michael and I own and operate a mobile tool store. In our downtime, I love cooking, tinkering in the garden, spending time with our family, and hunting.
